Copyright Compliance Information

As technology is moving faster than educators can stay within the limits of the law and Fair Use, more than ever they are in need of information regarding the proper use of music for multimedia in this digital age.

As educators, ASCAP members, publisher and incorporated record label, SOUNDZABOUND CONDUCTS AN UNBIASED, FULLY INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSHOP to successfully educate your staff and turn the grayness of copyright and Fair Use into black & white facts they can use.

Workshop Overview

This workshop will focus on the legal and ethical use of music for education, while clarifying ownership and Fair Use Guidelines. Participants will also be given a list of online resources that will guide them in their decision making, while assisting them in protecting their site and system from music copyright infringements.
